Presentation Update-February 2015

Shawn Tejiram, MD presented at the 10th Annual Academic Surgical Congress, held February 3-5 at the Encore in Las Vegas, NV. Dr. Tejiram presented data from an ongoing clinical study examining coagulopathies in burn patients. The presentation was titled: Analysis of the Coagulation System In Burn Patients: Perhaps Not As Simple As INR? His coauthors on the work included Kathleen Brummel-Ziedins, PhD, Thomas Orfeo, PhD, Saulius Butenas, PhD, Brittany N Hamilton, BS, Daniel Jo, BS, Jacob Marks, BS, Lauren T Moffatt, PhD, and Jeffrey W Shupp, MD.
